Associate Business System Analyst

ABIS is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Business System Analyst to join its growing team in Dhahran. The role supports the analysis and documentation of business requirements, assists with system testing and works with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of solutions. Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and end-users.
• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in creating functional specifications for IT projects.
• Take part in user acceptance testing and gather stakeholder feedback.
• Support ongoing maintenance and system enhancements.
• Contribute to project management to ensure timely delivery.
• Keep up with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in project management.
• Fluent English, writing and speaking.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage time and expectations, solve problems and stay punctual and well organized.

Required skills

• Excellent skills in Microsoft and Adobe.
