Associate – Capital Markets (ECM & DCM)

About the role

We are hiring an Associate to work on live ECM and DCM mandates end‑to‑end, covering pre‑mandate positioning, documentation, regulatory submission, marketing, pricing and closing. This is an execution seat with real ownership of workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain valuation models (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions) and conduct pricing analysis for IPOs, rights issues, private placements and direct listings.
• Draft prospectuses and Nomu registration documents; prepare CMA and Tadawul submissions and respond to regulator comments.
• Run IPO readiness work, including governance, financial reporting, related‑party and restructuring items.
• Prepare investor presentations, research analyst decks, roadshow materials and book‑building analysis.
• Support structuring of sukuk and conventional debt, including sizing, tenor, profit rate, covenant analysis and debt‑capacity modelling.
• Prepare offering circulars, investor packs and rating‑agency materials; assist with Sharia structuring and Sharia board documentation.
• Track Saudi and GCC issuance, pricing and spreads to inform structuring and pricing recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a quantitative discipline with a strong academic record.
• 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets or transaction advisory, with involvement in at least one completed ECM or DCM transaction.
• CME‑1 certification required; CME‑5 and CFA are advantages.
• Strong financial modelling ability built from first principles.
• Full professional fluency in Arabic and English, including bilingual drafting of filings and client documentation.
