Associate Communications Professional

About the role

The Associate Communications Professional will support Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare’s internal communication initiatives, creating and delivering employee announcements, newsletters, and other content. The role also assists with external communication activities, ensuring consistent messaging across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing internal communication initiatives.
• Create content for internal newsletters, announcements, and employee communications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and align content with communication objectives.
• Support external communication efforts, including drafting content and coordinating media‑related activities.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in communications, preferably in healthcare or corporate settings.
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational abilities.
• Basic understanding of communication principles and internal communications.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (reading and writing).
• Competencies in staff communication, change management, and technical writing.
