Associate Construction Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Construction Manager to lead the delivery of our food‑service and quick‑commerce infrastructure projects across the Middle East. The role will ensure that construction works are executed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee construction execution, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants and internal project teams on‑site.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions to avoid delays and cost overruns.
• Ensure adherence to local and international building codes, safety regulations and quality standards.
• Lead site inspections, audits and quality‑assurance checks.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and apply value‑engineering solutions.
• Manage health, safety and environmental standards on all sites.
• Prepare and present project reports, risk assessments and resource plans.
• Review and approve contractor submittals, RFIs, change orders and work schedules.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to align construction activities with project goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 5–7 years of construction management experience, including at least 3 years in food‑and‑beverage or restaurant projects.
• Proven experience managing BOQ and costing for civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and gas works.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
