About the role

Setup.sa is a Saudi consulting firm that helps international companies enter the Saudi market. As an Associate Consultant you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting consulting engagements, account management and program delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client objectives, identify business challenges and propose tailored recommendations.
• Manage day‑to‑day delivery of client engagements, programs and accounts, ensuring timely and high‑quality results.
• Establish and manage strategic partnerships with local and international entities to drive growth.
• Onboard and orient new clients, explain service benefits and requirements, and provide market‑based advice.
• Track deadlines, follow up on operational activities and support the operations team as needed.
• Promote Setup.sa’s services to existing and prospective clients to generate sales.
