Associate Consultant – Full-time, On-site in Riyadh

About the role

Setup.sa is a Saudi consulting firm that helps international companies enter the Saudi market. As an Associate Consultant you will work on‑site in Riyadh, supporting client engagements, managing accounts and ensuring smooth delivery of consulting programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client objectives, identify business challenges and propose practical solutions.
• Manage day‑to‑day delivery of client projects, programmes and accounts, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Onboard new clients, explain service benefits, requirements and market insights.
• Coordinate with internal operations teams, track deadlines and provide support as needed.
• Promote Setup.sa’s service portfolio to existing and prospective clients, contributing to sales targets.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and expand service usage.
