Associate Expert Business Analyst

About the role

Nexttec Technology Outsourcing is looking for an Associate Expert Business Analyst to join its Saudi Arabia team. The role focuses on analysing client business needs and translating them into technology‑driven solutions. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to capture business requirements and identify improvement opportunities.
• Analyse existing processes and systems, pinpoint gaps, and propose effective solutions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for assigned initiatives.
• Communicate progress and updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure deliverables are met within scope and budget.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and recommend enhancements.
• Provide training and support to end‑users on new systems and processes.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and technology.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of business analysis experience, preferably in a technology‑focused environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience with project management and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
