Associate Immigration Specialist – Talent Team (Al Khobar)

About the role

The EY Immigration Team in MENA is looking for an Associate Immigration Specialist to support visa and immigration operations across the region, focusing on Saudi Arabia mobility requirements. Reporting to the MENA Business Travel Leader, you will coordinate immigration activities, assist employees with queries, and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end visa and immigration processes across MENA, with emphasis on KSA requirements.
• Coordinate with applicants, government authorities, and external vendors to ensure timely processing.
• Assist in travel arrangements and logistics for secondees and business travelers.
• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate immigration documentation and trackers.
• Ensure compliance with KSA and MENA immigration laws and internal policies.
• Process immigration‑related expenses and vendor invoices, tracking and reconciling costs.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in immigration, HR operations, or coordination roles.
• Exposure to visa processes within KSA and/or the MENA region.
• Basic understanding of labor and immigration compliance.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
