Associate – M&A & Global Advisory (Investment Banking)

About the role

We provide impartial, expert advice to large and mid‑sized corporations, private equity firms, families, governments and sovereign wealth funds, helping them design and execute strategic M&A and financing solutions. Based in Riyadh, the role works across the Middle‑East platform, collaborating with both the Riyadh and Dubai offices on a variety of transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple transactions simultaneously, from client development and opportunity evaluation to strategy and execution.
• Develop and maintain standard or bespoke financial models and perform valuations using DCF, trading comparables, transaction comparables and LBO techniques.
• Prepare marketing and transaction documentation, including client presentations, information memoranda and offering documents.
• Work on Equity Capital Markets transactions, such as IPOs, and identify new business opportunities for the firm.
• Coordinate project teams internally and with external advisers, and supervise junior team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; Chartered Accountant or CFA designation preferred.
• Previous experience in financial advisory or investment banking, including ECM exposure.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities with deep understanding of financial statements.
• Arabic speaking and reading proficiency.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and ability to build long‑term client relationships.
