Associate, M&A – Investment Banking (Riyadh)

About the role

We present an informed and impartial perspective to help our clients achieve their strategic goals through the design and execution of M&A and financing solutions. Based in Riyadh and working across the Middle‑East platform, the Associate will support transactions for corporations, private equity firms, families, governments and sovereign wealth funds.

Key responsibilities

• Work on multiple transactions and project teams, covering client development, opportunity evaluation, transaction strategy and execution.
• Develop and maintain standard or bespoke financial models using valuation techniques such as discounted cash flow, trading comparables, transaction comparables and LBO analyses.
• Coordinate preparation of marketing and transaction documentation, including client presentations, information memoranda and offering documents.
• Participate in Equity Capital Markets transactions, including IPOs.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate ideas that advance client strategic objectives.
• Supervise junior team members and ensure quality of deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; Chartered Accountant or CFA designation preferred.
• Previous experience in financial advisory or banking, including equity capital markets exposure.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities with deep understanding of financial statement analysis.
• Proven ability to lead teams and build effective relationships across geographies.
• Fluent Arabic reading and speaking skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
