Associate Manager – Commercial Development (Out of Home)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, results‑oriented Associate Manager to lead the growth and execution of our Out of Home (OOH) channel strategy for coffee and beverage categories. The role will work cross‑functionally to deliver sustainable business growth, maximise profitability and strengthen Nestlé’s market position in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the OOH/Food Service channel.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with key B2B customers and business partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts to drive category growth.
• Achieve volume, revenue, profitability and market‑share targets.
• Lead commercial negotiations, contract management and pricing strategies.
• Manage budgets, promotional activations and trade‑marketing initiatives.
• Analyse commercial performance, sales mix, market trends and competitive activity.
• Design route‑to‑market strategies to optimise channel performance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of commercial plans.
• Prepare business reviews, forecasts and performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• 2–5 years of commercial or sales experience, preferably within the OOH or Food Service channel.
• Strong B2B sales and marketing background, including account management, negotiations, contract management, budgeting and commercial activations.
• Experience in the coffee or hot‑beverages category is highly preferred.
• Entrepreneurial and growth mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as required.

• CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
