Associate Manager, Demand & Supply Planning

About the role

Lead bottom‑up consensus demand plans for assigned categories within the cluster, aligning commercial and operational stakeholders to ensure product availability, optimal inventory levels, and consistent service performance. The role focuses on driving efficient end‑to‑end operations while supporting growth and market‑share objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the MBPC process to produce an 18‑month consensus demand plan, coordinating pre‑alignment and sign‑off meetings with cluster heads, sales, CDT, and marketing teams.
• Utilise sell‑out and IMS data to build demand forecasts by category, district, and SKU, ensuring trade coverage follows stock‑cover policy.
• Conduct advanced price‑elasticity simulations in partnership with commercial teams to model multi‑scenario volume impacts and identify risks or opportunities.
• Collaborate with district sales managers to analyse second‑tier wholesaler data, improving forecast accuracy across the distribution network.
• Develop baseline demand forecasts for new product launches and promotions, integrating market size, competitor pricing, and uplift assumptions.
• Manage PIPO end‑to‑end plans to avoid out‑of‑stock or overstock situations, aligning with supply alerts and monthly performance results.
• Coordinate with clearance, category supply planners, logistics, and other functions to ensure timely product availability with desired freshness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Supply Chain.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in demand planning, preferably within the F&B sector.
