Associate Planning & Performance Management Analyst

About the role

The Associate Planning & Performance Management Analyst supports the Planning & Performance Management function by assisting in business planning, performance tracking, analysis and accountability reporting. The role works closely with senior analysts to develop insights that drive informed management decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Support analysts in developing analytical findings and recommendations for business planning and performance management.
• Assist in preparing and executing business planning activities, including analysis and supporting material development.
• Collect, organize, validate and analyze business and performance data for tracking and measurement.
• Identify trends, variances, key performance indicators and areas needing management attention.
• Contribute to performance reports, management presentations, dashboards and other deliverables.
• Provide accurate and timely analytical information for accountability reporting.
• Translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, MIS or related field.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in planning, performance management, business analysis, finance or accounting.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and presentation abilities.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 (or 4.0/5.0).
• Preference for CMA, CFA, CPA or KPI‑related certification.
