About the role
The Associate Planning & Performance Management Analyst will support the finance team in driving effective business planning and performance monitoring. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates who want to develop analytical and reporting skills in a fast‑moving environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support business planning activities and prepare planning documentation.
- Track performance metrics and ensure data accuracy.
- Conduct measurement, analysis and interpretation of financial results.
- Prepare regular performance and management reports for senior stakeholders.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting or Management Information Systems.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 (or 4.0/5.0).
- 0–3 years of professional experience.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
