Associate Product Owner – 6‑Month Project

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented individual to join our team as an Associate Product Owner. The role involves developing and maintaining a vision for assigned features from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a clear vision for assigned features, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
• Communicate the feature vision to Scrum teams and stakeholders across the organization.
• Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, release plans, and sprint backlog.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure timely resolution of test defects.
• Prioritize bugs and hot fixes in line with product metrics and objectives.
• Collaborate with other Scrum teams to define, track, and integrate components across related solutions.
• Gather feedback from customers, users, and stakeholders to develop features with measurable ROI.

Required profile

• BSc in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 12+ years experience as a Product Owner in a technology company.
• Technical background prior to product role (preferred).
• PSPO certification and experience with Scaled Agile Framework are a plus.
• Strong team management, communication, negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in the ERP business domain.
