About the role

The Associate Program Coordinator – Medical ICU Unit Manager provides clinical direction and leadership for the Medical ICU division at Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare. This senior‑level position oversees 24‑hour operations, ensures quality patient care, and drives performance against key indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Nursing and Clinical Services division, setting goals, policies, and procedures in a cost‑effective environment.
• Manage staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation to meet patient care needs and KPIs.
• Supervise and coach nursing and clinical managers, conducting performance appraisals and professional development.
• Monitor quality, risk management, and compliance with CBAHI, JCI, and IHI standards.
• Participate in senior management meetings, multidisciplinary committees, and community health programs.
• Develop and implement educational programs to advance staff expertise from novice to expert.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (required) and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related specialty.
• Minimum 9 years of post‑registration clinical nursing experience with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Current professional RN licensure and advanced training/certification in the ICU specialty.
• Fluent spoken and written English; Arabic language skills are desirable.
• Demonstrated competency in clinical management, leadership, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
