Associate – Project Finance

About the role

Synergy Consulting is seeking a Saudi‑national Associate (or Senior Associate) to support transaction delivery and project management for complex project finance assignments. You will work closely with client teams, lenders, off‑takers and other stakeholders to ensure successful project development.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with transaction teams to support on‑ground project development and liaise with client, off‑taker and lender representatives.
• Analyse commercial and contractual implications of project financing contracts.
• Build and maintain high‑end financial models, performing scenario and sensitivity analysis to verify compliance with project documents, accounting and tax principles.
• Engage directly with client teams to capture requirements, adapt to changing priorities and help design tailored solutions.
• Conduct sector, geography and competitor research, prepare reports and support business‑development proposals.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance.
• 3 – 7+ years of experience in project finance or financial advisory, preferably with international banks, investors or corporate advisory firms.
• Saudi national.
• Basic understanding of Public‑Private Partnerships (PPP) concepts.
