About the role

The Availability and Sharing Data Lead Specialist will develop and implement policies and programs to improve data availability and sharing across the Authority. The role involves designing open‑data initiatives, controlling data access, and driving outreach to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and implement the Open Data and Data Sharing Program.
Develop a roadmap defining requirements and implementation steps for the programs.
Design and enforce procedures and controls for open‑data definition and dissemination.
Control data access practices by establishing appropriate controls and procedures.
Escalate complex issues to ensure timely resolution.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science or equivalent.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
Strong collaboration, communication and customer‑focus competencies.
Professionalism and results‑oriented mindset.
