B2 Avionics Technician – Fixed Term

About the role

The B2 Avionics Technician will support maintenance and flight‑line activities for Airbus Helicopters, ensuring high fleet availability while meeting the highest quality and safety standards. The role involves detailed inspection, assembly, installation, repair or replacement of aircraft components and systems, as well as on‑the‑job training at the site.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repair, inspection and functional testing of helicopter avionic and flight‑control systems.
• Ensure compliance with all aviation, safety, quality, export‑control regulations and Airbus Helicopters management systems.
• Document all work performed on the appropriate paperwork and sign off releases to service.
• Check tools, GSE and components for condition and expiration before each maintenance activity.
• Conduct on‑the‑job training, train personnel on maintenance manuals, safety directives and FOD procedures.

Required profile

• Practical working experience on the H215 (AS532 ALE) helicopter is mandatory.
• Ability to work safely as part of a team in a customer environment and follow strict quality and export‑control procedures.

Required skills

• Electrical assembly, integration and modification of avionic systems.
• System repairs and first‑level quality inspection of aircraft components.
• Functional testing and checkout of avionic instrument and flight‑control systems.
• Use of maintenance manuals and compliance with safety and FOD directives.
