Back Hoe Loader Operator

About the role

ABIS is looking for an experienced Back Hoe Loader operator to join its Transport and earthmoving team in Al Jubail. The operator excavates, moves and loads materials at various sites, working closely with site managers and ground crews to meet project specifications and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the backhoe loader safely and efficiently for excavation, loading and material handling.
• Perform routine maintenance and equipment inspections.
• Follow safety protocols and site safety regulations at all times.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and team members to complete tasks as scheduled.
• Maintain the cleanliness and security of the equipment.
• Report mechanical issues or damage promptly for repair.

Required profile

• Proven experience operating a backhoe loader or similar earthmoving equipment.
• Valid Saudi Arabia operator's licence or heavy machinery certification.
• Good knowledge of machine maintenance and safety procedures.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and challenging environments.
• Strong attention to safety and operational detail, good communication and teamwork skills.
