About the role
A leading Magic Circle law firm is scaling its Riyadh finance practice and seeking experienced associates to drive growth in this key market. The practice handles a sophisticated range of banking and finance matters with significant deal flow.
Key responsibilities
- Project finance (primary focus)
- Syndicated lending
- Capital markets transactions
- Derivatives and structured finance
- Islamic finance
- Real estate finance
- Acquisition finance
Required profile
- Associates at 3–8 PQE
- Demonstrable experience in project finance or general banking
- Track record of dealing with complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions
- Strong technical knowledge of finance structures and documentation
Required skills
- Qualified in APAC or EMEA jurisdictions
- Arabic language skills (beneficial but not essential)
- Enthusiasm for developing practice in a growth market
