Barista – Full-time (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Barista to join our team at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Riyadh. You will prepare a variety of coffee beverages, operate and maintain commercial espresso equipment, and provide friendly service to our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso‑based drinks and other coffee beverages according to standard recipes.
• Operate, calibrate, clean and maintain commercial espresso machines, grinders and coffee brewing equipment.
• Assist guests with coffee bean, roast and brewing recommendations.
• Handle bottled beverage service, stock ice, glassware and paper supplies, and keep the bar area clean.
• Process all payment methods, reconcile cash at shift end and complete cashier reports.
• Perform closing duties, secure storage areas and follow safety and security policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of barista or related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• Ability to stand, walk and lift objects up to 50 lb for an entire shift.
• Professional appearance and ability to communicate clearly with guests.
