Barista

About the role

The Barista will work full-time on-site in our Jeddah retail store, preparing and serving coffee and other beverages in a fast‑paced environment. You will interact directly with customers, ensuring a friendly experience while maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea and other drinks following company recipes and presentation standards.
• Operate coffee machines and related equipment, and prepare light food items as needed.
• Greet customers, take orders, handle payments and keep the service area clean and organized.
• Restock supplies, monitor product quality and adhere to health, safety and hygiene guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a welcoming atmosphere.

Required profile

• Strong barista skills with experience in beverage preparation and coffee equipment.
• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to stand for long periods, work shifts and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic numeracy for cash handling and point‑of‑sale operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; previous café or retail experience preferred.
