About the role

Function as a Barista for the Calo Cafe, working alongside the Cafe Manager to support daily operations and uphold company standards. Use coffee knowledge and interpersonal skills to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Adhere to coffee recipes when preparing drinks.
• Maintain brewing equipment functionality and report any issues.
• Be attentive to customers' orders and preferences.
• Present Calo's culture and values with a positive, professional approach.
• Ensure the cafe operates timely and meets quality standards.
• Resourcefully solve issues and manage problematic situations.
• Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers.

Required profile

• Saudi National currently residing in KSA.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista in a cafe.
• Certified Barista qualification.
• Proficient communicator in English.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Pleasant personality with empathy‑driven leadership.

Required skills

• Coffee knowledge and ability to differentiate aromas and tastes.
• Hands‑on experience with professional coffee machines.
• Familiarity with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to use basic computer programs.
