Barista – Serve Hot & Cold Beverages

About the role

The Barista will join the team at Sharbt factory in Ahsa, delivering high‑quality hot and cold beverages to guests. This entry‑level position focuses on excellent service, hygiene, and a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, equipment, and service counters.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and report shortages.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Provide friendly and efficient guest service to encourage repeat visits.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates or candidates with no prior experience are welcome.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple orders.
• Good communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of coffee brewing and beverage preparation.
• Understanding of bar‑tending basics and safe food handling.
