About the role
Our client is opening a new 4‑5 star restaurant in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and is seeking experienced hospitality staff. The positions available are Barman, Waiter and Hostess. Successful candidates will join a dynamic team and help deliver a high‑standard dining experience to an international clientele.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages, cocktails and soft drinks in accordance with the bar menu.
- Take food and drink orders, serve meals, and ensure timely delivery to guests.
- Greet and seat guests, manage reservations and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, dining area and service stations.
- Handle cash and process payments using the point‑of‑sale system.
Required profile
- Completed Grade 12 education.
- Valid South African passport and clear criminal record.
- Minimum two years experience in a similar role within a 4‑5 star restaurant.
- Age between 21 and 35 years.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
