Bartendress – Luxury Resort Bar

About the role

Equinox Resort Amaala, a luxury lifestyle resort opening in 2026 on the Red Sea, is seeking a skilled Bartendress to join its bar team. The successful candidate will support the launch and ongoing operations of the resort’s bars, delivering sophisticated beverage experiences that align with the resort’s high‑end brand and Vision 2030 goals.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, coffee and other beverages to established standards.
• Stay up‑to‑date with mixology trends and incorporate innovative ingredients.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, organization and proper mise en place.
• Ensure correct portioning, presentation and product quality.
• Monitor stock levels, minimise waste and manage inventory.
• Follow hygiene, safety and hotel standards, including HACCP and Saudi regulations.
• Support opening, closing and daily bar operations.
• Provide professional guest service and uphold the resort’s luxury experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional bar or mixology experience, preferably in luxury hotels, resorts or 5‑star properties.
• Advanced knowledge of cocktails and mixology techniques.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of HACCP, food safety, hygiene and Saudi regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to work in multicultural teams with professionalism.
• Experience operating POS systems, specifically Micros.
