About the role
The Beauty Consultant for Chanel will represent the brand in a luxury retail environment, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales. You will combine product expertise with personalized service to meet and exceed client expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and advise clients on product ranges that suit their needs.
- Utilize sales techniques and product knowledge to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain counter cleanliness, ensure proper stock replenishment, and manage new product launches.
- Promote products, execute merchandising standards, and track post‑launch sales performance.
- Generate daily sales reports and monitor sell‑out targets at the store level.
- Participate in incentive programs and support promotional activities.
