Bellman Captain – Supervise Bell Team

About the role

The Bellman Captain leads the bell team to deliver seamless, high‑quality service to guests from arrival through departure. You will coordinate luggage handling, transportation assistance, and daily bell desk operations while upholding Radisson’s hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule Bellmen and Doormen, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Welcome guests, manage check‑in assistance, and oversee safe luggage storage, delivery, and retrieval.
• Arrange transportation, valet services, and provide local information to guests.
• Maintain accurate records of luggage and guest deliveries.
• Train, coach, and evaluate bell staff to meet service standards.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Security.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
• Keep the bell desk, lobby, and storage areas clean and organized.

Required profile

• Previous hospitality or customer‑service experience is an advantage.
• Fluent English with strong verbal communication.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to lift heavy luggage.
• Basic knowledge of local attractions and transport options.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
