B&F Talent Coach – Beverage Supervisor

About the role

The B&F Talent Coach (Supervisor‑Beverage) leads the beverage team at a Marriott property in Riyadh. You will ensure high standards of service, safety, and guest satisfaction while supporting staff development and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect staff grooming and attire, correcting any deficiencies.
• Communicate with guests, employees, and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service quality, safety, and guest well‑being.
• Complete work orders for maintenance repairs and conduct regular inventories of supplies, food, and liquor.
• Check stock levels, requisition supplies, and manage cash handling procedures.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and coaching employees.
• Maintain uniform appearance, protect company assets, and uphold confidentiality.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, and provide courteous assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related work experience in food and beverage operations.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• No specific license or certification required.
