BIM Engineer

About the role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for in‑house development of detailed and accurate BIM models and shop‑drawings using Revit BIM software. You will collaborate closely with the project design consultants and our subcontractors to ensure that all drawings meet project IFC drawing and specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and create detailed BIM models up to LOD400 and LOD500.
• Produce detailed shop‑drawings.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure accurate and efficient drawing production.
• Ensure all shop‑drawings comply with project requirements, specifications and local building codes.
• Coordinate all disciplines, conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts within the BIM models.
• Set up Revit projects and manage worksets/models according to company standards.
• Keep up‑to‑date with advancements in BIM technology and software.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of related architecture experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in Navisworks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams.
• Familiarity with BIM360.
