BIM Lead (Senior BIM Specialist)

About the role

The Senior BIM Specialist – BIM Lead will drive the implementation of BIM processes for the Jubail industrial city project. Reporting to the EPC management team, you will lead cross‑functional collaboration, ensure compliance with the Project BIM Execution Plan, and champion innovative 4D/5D workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review and maintain the project BIM strategy, requirements and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
• Coordinate BIM/CAD model development across architecture, engineering and construction disciplines.
• Manage 4D (time) and 5D (cost) modeling to support schedule and budget integration.
• Ensure all BIM activities align with the BEP and project delivery standards.
• Facilitate model clash detection, resolution and continuous improvement of BIM workflows.
• Support design submission reviews and construction execution through effective BIM coordination.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a BIM Lead or Senior BIM Specialist on large‑scale EPC projects.
• Strong understanding of BIM processes, standards and cross‑disciplinary coordination.
• Ability to lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams in a fast‑paced construction environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
