BIM Manager – Digital Delivery

About the role

The BIM Manager – Digital Delivery will report to the PMIS Manager and lead the digital delivery workstream for a large international airport project in Riyadh. You will guide cross‑functional teams to develop automation solutions, BIM/GIS strategies and ensure seamless information flow across the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct workshops with the customer, partners and stakeholders to define and implement the project information management strategy, including Exchange Information Requirements (EIR) and Asset Information Requirements (AIR).
• Develop, maintain and enforce the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and Information Management Plan in line with ISO 19650, BS 1192 and other industry standards.
• Configure, deploy and manage the Common Data Environment (CDE), establishing workflows for reliable data exchange.
• Define and monitor project dashboards that track BIM/GIS use‑cases, design coordination and geospatial data integration.
• Lead site visits, training sessions and documentation efforts to promote BIM and GIS adoption across the project team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree (or international equivalent) with 13‑15 years of relevant experience, including at least 7 years in BIM/GIS and digital delivery roles.
• Proven experience on large‑scale infrastructure projects, supporting tender processes, developing standards, and managing BIM‑GIS interoperability.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with BIM tools such as ACC/BIM360, Revit, Civil3D, Synchro, Navisworks, Infraworks and Rhino.
• Strong expertise in the ESRI ArcGIS suite (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise) and additional GIS tools like QGIS and FME.
• Solid understanding of ISO 19650 information management principles and BIM execution planning.
• Ability to create dashboards and visualisations that combine BIM and GIS data for project monitoring.
