BIM Modeler – Mechanical/MEP or Civil/Structural (Remote)

About the role

Johnson Controls Arabia is looking for experienced BIM Modelers to support a landmark project in the Kingdom. The position is 100% remote, with a preference for candidates located outside Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with the engineering team to create and maintain high‑quality Revit models for mechanical/HVAC or civil/structural systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and maintain detailed Revit models for MEP or civil/structural disciplines.
• Produce coordinated shop drawings, as‑built drawings, and quantity take‑offs.
• Run clash detection using Navisworks and resolve conflicts across architectural, structural, and electrical models.
• Ensure models comply with the project BIM Execution Plan, LOD requirements, and common data environment standards.
• Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams to meet project schedules and standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on Revit modeling experience (MEP/HVAC or civil/structural).
• Proven ability to deliver coordinated shop drawings for large commercial or industrial projects.
• Strong English communication skills and self‑discipline for remote work.
• Experience on GCC or mega‑projects is a strong advantage.
