About the role
The BIM Specialist will lead the implementation of Building Information Modeling processes for Bechtel's large‑scale projects in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This role supports the delivery of residential, commercial, and infrastructure assets by ensuring accurate digital models and coordinated workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and review the project BIM strategy, requirements, and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
- Coordinate BIM/CAD model development across multidisciplinary teams.
- Manage 4D and 5D modeling processes to support schedule and cost integration.
- Ensure all BIM activities comply with the Project BEP and maintain model integrity.
- Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration and drive an innovative BIM culture on the project.
Required profile
- Proven experience implementing BIM processes on large construction or EPC projects.
- Strong understanding of BIM coordination, model management, and execution planning.
- Ability to work onsite in Jubail and collaborate with local architects, engineers, and contractors.
