Body & Paint Master Facilitator

About the role

The Master Facilitator, Body Repair & Paint, is the subject‑matter expert responsible for designing, delivering and continuously improving training and certification programmes that meet OEM standards. The role translates business needs and performance gaps into high‑impact learning interventions that boost operational excellence and service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Design, update and maintain Body & Paint training curricula using modern instructional techniques, digital tools and simulators.
• Deliver classroom, workshop and blended training sessions, ensuring learner engagement and achieving high satisfaction scores.
• Manage the full certification lifecycle, including theoretical and practical assessments, and report results.
• Conduct regular Gemba visits to workshops to evaluate training effectiveness, identify gaps and implement targeted improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automotive Technology or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in automotive Body & Paint operations or technical training.
• Professional fluency in English and Arabic.
• Master Body or Paint Technician certification and champion status in a B&P competition.
