Boutique Manager

About the role

The Boutique Manager will oversee daily operations of an assigned store, ensuring commercial targets such as sales volume, profitability and new client acquisition are met while staying within budget. The role also contributes to strengthening the brand image and reputation in the local market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage front‑end, back‑end and sales floor activities to achieve operational sales performance goals.
• Analyse commercial results, provide insights and recommendations to senior managers.
• Communicate local action plans aligned with the broader organisational strategy and motivate the team.
• Apply performance‑management systems to set objectives, monitor team performance and take corrective actions.
• Operate within established financial control systems, track budgets and report variances.
• Provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance team skills.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
• Demonstrated managerial experience supervising people and resources to achieve results.
• Ability to handle most situations independently and advise others.
