Brand & Content Manager

About the role

Unifonic is looking for a Brand & Content Manager to shape how the market perceives the company. You will own the brand strategy, creative development, content programs, and thought‑leadership initiatives, ensuring a consistent and compelling presence across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and evolve Unifonic’s visual identity and brand guidelines, applying them consistently across customer and market touchpoints.
• Oversee the creation of creative assets for digital, events, campaigns, social media, web, and sales‑enablement materials.
• Build efficient creative workflows and processes that enable high‑quality, on‑brand execution at scale.
• Manage relationships with creative agencies, freelancers, and production partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Marketing, Growth, and Operations teams to translate business priorities into compelling campaigns and storytelling.
• Support and execute the editorial strategy, messaging, and content initiatives, including content calendars for owned, earned, and paid media.
• Contribute to measurement and reporting to demonstrate the impact of brand and content initiatives on business performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading brand strategy, creative development, and content programs.
• Strong ability to translate business objectives into impactful campaigns and storytelling.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience managing external creative partners and agencies.
• Analytical mindset for measuring brand impact and reporting results.
