Breakfast & Brunch Chef

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast & Brunch Chef to lead our modern breakfast service at Savor Bakery in Riyadh. The role involves creating high‑quality dishes, managing both hot and cold stations, and contributing to menu development.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and execute a wide range of modern breakfast and brunch dishes, including egg specialties, sandwiches, sauces, salads, and appetizers.
• Maintain speed, consistency, and presentation standards during busy service periods.
• Develop new menu items, test recipes, and standardize procedures.
• Control food cost, portion sizes, and waste while adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Breakfast & Brunch Chef or similar role in a premium bakery, café, hotel or high‑quality casual dining concept.
• Fluency in Arabic and good English communication skills.
• Currently based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.

Required skills

• Expertise in egg preparations and breakfast dish execution.
• Sandwich assembly using fresh in‑house baked breads.
• Creation of sauces, spreads, dressings, and fillings from scratch.
• Salad and appetizer preparation.
• Hot and cold kitchen operations.
