Broker Parts Sales Supervisor

About the role

The Broker Parts Sales Supervisor will act as the primary liaison between wholesalers/brokers and Abdul Latif Jameel, ensuring smooth parts sales operations and timely collections. The role focuses on opening new sales channels, achieving parts sales targets, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Open sales deals and build strong communication with clients.
• Achieve parts sales volume and meet defined targets.
• Manage the full parts sales cycle using the JSAP system.
• Collect wholesalers’ requirements and forward them to the parts warehouse.
• Invoice orders through the SAP/ERP system following the ordering process.
• Issue Parts Discrepancy Reports (PDR) when required.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and follow up on late deliveries with the warehouse team.
• Monitor client payment status and ensure timely cash collection.
• Gather market feedback on parts campaigns and advise management.
• Maintain overall customer satisfaction levels.

Required profile

• Experience in automotive parts sales or a related commercial environment.
• Ability to work under close supervision and follow defined processes.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with wholesalers and brokers.
• Focus on achieving sales targets and minimizing overdue payments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the JSAP sales management system.
• Experience using SAP or another ERP system for invoicing and order processing.
