Buffet Attendant

About the role

The Buffet Attendant will set up, operate, and break down the buffet line for events in Riyadh. This full‑time, on‑site role requires a morning shift and physical stamina.

Key responsibilities

• Set up the buffet line, including linen, skirting, risers, and menu signage.
• Operate chafing dishes and hot‑holding equipment safely.
• Monitor and record holding temperatures for hot and cold foods.
• Replenish dishes promptly while maintaining an attractive display.
• Assist guests with portioning and answer service questions.
• Break down the buffet area, return equipment, and clean the space after service.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in buffet, banquet, or catering service.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Currently residing in Riyadh with a valid NOC from sponsor and Baladiya health card.
• Ability to stand for an 8‑hour shift and handle physical workload.

Required skills

• Operating chafing dishes and hot‑holding equipment.
• Temperature monitoring and recording for food safety.
