Buggy Host – Luxury Resort Transportation

About the role

The Buggy Host will provide seamless, luxury transportation for guests at Raffles The Red Sea, ensuring a comfortable and memorable journey across the resort’s villas, dining venues, and facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Operate electric buggies safely, adhering to resort speed limits, pedestrian safety protocols, and Saudi driving regulations.
• Conduct daily pre‑shift inspections of buggies, checking battery levels, tire pressure, and cleanliness.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage or personal items with care and professionalism.
• Maintain constant communication with Front Office and Concierge to coordinate timely pickups and drop‑offs.
• Manage vehicle charging efficiently and report any mechanical issues that could affect energy consumption.
• Uphold Raffles grooming and conduct standards, delivering bespoke guest interactions.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree is an asset.
• 1–2 years of guest‑facing experience in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Valid Saudi Arabian driving licence.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic or additional languages highly desirable.
• Creative mindset, strong attention to detail, and proactive, anticipatory approach.
• Physical fitness to work outdoors in varying weather and handle heavy luggage.
