Business Analyst - Graduate Program, Strategy & Transformation (Saudi Nationals Only)

About the role

FTI Consulting, a global expert firm for organizations facing crisis and transformation, is recruiting a full-time Business Analyst for its Graduate Program in the Strategy & Transformation team. The program starts in February or September 2027 and is open to Saudi nationals only. You will work alongside experienced consultants who mentor you as you analyse complex business environments and contribute to recommendations that drive client success.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research and analyse quantitative and qualitative data
• Synthesise findings into clear presentations and reports
• Take part in client meetings and internal team meetings
• Work with senior team members on project execution, including planning, coordination and implementation
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project needs

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree, or recently graduated, with a graduation date in 2026
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
• Availability to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the program
• Willingness to travel to clients and the FTI Consulting offices
• Availability to join the 1-year program in February or September 2027
• Preferred majors: Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field
