Business Analyst

About the role

The Business Analyst will join First Leadership’s consulting team in Tarout, Saudi Arabia, supporting strategic projects that align with Saudi Vision 2030. You will translate complex client challenges into structured, data‑driven solutions across six service lines, from industrial engineering to real‑estate evaluation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workshops and interviews to elicit functional and non‑functional requirements for digital (Odoo/IT) and industrial projects.
• Document “As‑Is” processes and design “To‑Be” workflows, producing Business Requirement Documents and Functional Specifications.
• Perform quantitative market analyses, including sizing, supply‑demand gaps and financial modeling for feasibility studies.
• Synthesize data from GASTAT, Ministry of Justice and MISA into executive‑level insights and presentations.
• Manage day‑to‑day client communication, ensuring data integrity and compliance with Taqeem, ZATCA and ISO standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Finance or MIS.
• 1–3 years of experience in management consulting, business analysis or a structured corporate environment.
• Professional fluency in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, financial modeling).
• Process‑mapping tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
• ERP experience, preferably Odoo.
• Data‑visualisation with Power BI.
