Business Analyst – Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at Imploy. In this role you will manage key aspects of recruitment and client engagement, identifying, attracting, and onboarding top‑tier talent while ensuring a positive experience for both clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Utilise job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify potential candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of recruitment activities and candidate information.
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders on recruitment progress.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or client management (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
• Proactive attitude and problem‑solving capabilities.
