Business Analytics Consultant - 12 Months Contract

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analytics Consultant to join our team on a 12‑month contract. You will support both operational and strategic initiatives by turning raw data into actionable insights, building interactive dashboards, and driving performance improvements across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business data to uncover trends, inefficiencies and growth opportunities.
• Provide leadership with clear, data‑driven recommendations for decision‑making.
• Design, develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
• Track key performance indicators and automate regular reporting processes.
• Identify and implement efficiency and cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Support transformation projects, benchmarking and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate needs into analytical solutions and present findings to stakeholders.
• Contribute to strategy development, cross‑functional projects and business case creation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or a related field (civil engineering accepted).
• 7–10 years of experience in consulting, analytics, business analysis, dashboard/reporting tools, or operational improvement.
