Business & Customer Success Internship in Riyadh

About the role

We are looking for a motivated student to join our Riyadh office for a 6‑month full‑time Business and Customer Success internship. You will work closely with SAP’s sales, pre‑sales, business development and marketing teams, gaining hands‑on experience in customer engagement and go‑to‑market activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales and pre‑sales activities, including pipeline development and customer presentations.
• Assist business development and marketing projects such as market research, campaign support and brand positioning.
• Engage with internal teams and external customers to gather requirements and provide feedback.
• Contribute ideas for continuous learning and act as an ambassador for SAP solutions.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Business, Marketing or IT‑related degree program.
• Fluent in English (minimum B2/C1) and native‑level Arabic.
• Available for a six‑month full‑time internship in Riyadh.
• Strong interest in IT, problem solving and customer success.
