Business Developer – Certification (CER)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Developer to drive certification and training sales for our CER division in Jeddah. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts and ensuring compliance with contract and technical requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for certification and training services with full revenue utilization.
• Develop new clients each quarter through RFP processes.
• Visit new and existing customers regularly and gather competitor intelligence.
• Prepare and submit proposals, contracts and invoices to clients.
• Cross‑sell other business lines and maintain data integrity.
• Manage accounts receivable and collect payments.
• Provide technical expertise and analytical support for client management and sales data.
• Suggest new products based on projected sales and revenue.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Management, Economics or Mass Communication.
• Minimum two years of business development experience, preferably in a certification or consultancy environment.
• Training in ISO 9001 or similar management‑system standards, or a safety‑management certification.
• Strong knowledge of market, legal requirements and management systems.
