About the role
The Business Development Engineer will drive growth for our construction projects by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the sales cycle. This position blends engineering knowledge with commercial acumen to secure contracts and partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within the construction sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with factories, contractors, and clients.
- Prepare and respond to RFQs, create quotations, and present proposals.
- Negotiate terms and close contracts to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and project teams to ensure technical feasibility.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and trade shows.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales engineering, or manufacturing.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Proven ability to negotiate and present effectively.
