Business Development Executive – HVAC Services (B2B)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive growth of our HVAC service portfolio in the B2B segment. You will identify new opportunities, build relationships with corporate and industrial clients, and convert leads into long‑term contracts across the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B opportunities within industrial, commercial and corporate sectors.
• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, client visits, referrals and market research.
• Arrange meetings and site visits, and present our HVAC solutions to facility‑management, procurement, engineering and operations teams.
• Promote services such as Annual Maintenance Contracts, preventive and corrective maintenance, AC installation, replacement, retrofits, chiller, AHU, FCU, package and split AC services, duct cleaning, compressor repair and spare‑part supply.
• Coordinate with technical teams for site inspections, scope preparation and technical requirements.
• Prepare and follow up quotations, proposals, RFQs and client inquiries.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline, report on leads, quotations and conversions, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in HVAC, MEP, facility management or related technical fields.
• Experience in the Saudi Arabian market, especially the Eastern Province, is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to work independently, generate leads and develop new customer accounts.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid Saudi driving licence preferred.
